YOGA CLASSES

 

You probably know that yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility, but did you know that it can also promote relaxation, lower stress, and improve mental health? Yoga can also relieve back pain, arthritis symptoms and can help improve your heart health through slow movements and deep breathing.

Join us for yoga on the first Saturday of the month* at 3:00 PM! Free and open to the public.

We relate to others in a personal way because we have similar life experiences. We strive to be positive role models and offer hope to others. 

We support Candidates and Members in their recovery in the  following ways:

  • Promoting self-advocacy

  • Supporting the chosen recovery path

  • Providing recovery meetings

  • Making care calls

  • Empowering the person to remove barriers and obstacles associated with their recovery process

ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT
1ST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH

Members, or Candidates who have graduated the program, are invited to participate in monthly Alumni events at Life Learning Center. From group outings to cook-outs, these Alumni events are meant to continue to engage Members and their families. For more information, contact Nicole Paul.
